LiHe NeoSyn BioMeridian Technology Inc. ("LiHe NeoSyn") is a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of Henan Lixinghe Medical Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lixinghe"). We were incorporated in Delaware, USA, in July 2025, with New York City as our operational headquarters. We focus on the research, development, and commercialization of innovative medical devices and healthcare solutions to address global challenges in the healthcare industry.
While our work is informed by decades of research and development in Traditional Chinese Medicine and related biomedical technologies, our primary role in the United States is to operate as a forward-looking healthcare technology company that meets the highest standards of scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
